| The NEW RV-12 is really taking off! We have 3d laser scanned the main gear intersections for a perfect fit and created a fun accessory for homebuilders to help with a first class finish out on what we believe is the most exciting new kit available! Designed with a split line on the trailing edge of each part. This allows easy install while keeping the edges out of the air stream. Depending on the builders preference the split can be held together with vinyle tape, glue, rivets, silicone, velcro, ect. The fairings have extra room on the trailing edge for the brake line routing. We suggest using a finger full of silicon to seal up the extra air gap for the perfect streamlined seal. Our ABS plastic has a superior gloss WHITE finish, is easily trimmed, repaired, and conforms great to match your airplane. Remember, just because it looks great out of the package ABS is not UV stable. Parts must be painted to protect them from the weather. | |
