RV-12 Step Fairing (Set of 2)

This small fairing provides a smooth tasteful addition to the step strut on your RV-12.
Molded in sturdy ABS plastic this part has a perfect fit to tie the step into the fuselage.
The smooth glossy finish is ready for a light scuff and paint to match your show winning paint scheme.

The install we choose to use required two rivenuts with matching stainless screws per fairing. One screw on the leading edge and one screw on the trailing edge seems to fasten the part snuggly against the fuselage. For a really clean install we used a dremel tool to to create a slight recess for the head of each rivnut. We also made one extra recess for a pop rivet that was holding the part up slightly. Each install can be a little differant so we do not provide these screw and rivet recesses from the factory. You will have to do that on your own.
