    Shipping:

    Orders are generally shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer.

    Free shipping: (available on limited items, items that qualify will be noted on that items web page)

    Only orders shipped within the 48 states qualify for free shipping. Knots 2U will typically ship using UPS ground service or USPS 2-3 day service on free shipping orders.

    Returns Policy

    Parts purchased from Knots 2U may be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase. The part must be in new condition and unaltered. Depending on the item a re-stock fee of up to 20% could apply (Typical re-stock fees are generally 10% or less)

    To return an item simply contact a Knots 2U representative and you will be issued an RMA number. 

    Windshields and windows ordered in green may not be returnable.

    Aircraft Information

    Aircraft information should be provided for kits that are STCd, we keep this information for our records.  We do not cross check eligibility of parts ordered vs aircraft information entered and are not responsible if incorrect parts are ordered.  Aircraft eligibility for each STCd kit is listed on the web page, if you have any questions, please feel free to call and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.

    Shipment Damage

    If you receive a damaged product contact a Knots 2U representative as soon as possible. They will assist you in starting a damage claim and work with you to get a new product on the way as quickly as possible.
