Product Description
Micro Vortex Generators are small aluminum blades placed in a spanwise line aft of the leading edge of the wing and tail surfaces. They control airflow over the upper surface of the wing by creating vortices that energize the boundary layer. This results in improved performance and control authority at low airspeeds and high angles of attack. The Vortex Generatorsfor the Cessna 210G,210H,210J, 210K, 210L, 210M, 210N, T210G, T210H, T210J, T210K, T210L, T210M, T210N are now FAA STC approved and ready for installation on your airplane. This jet age technology provides a reduction in stall speed, improved aileron response, reduced landing and takeoff roll. The Vortex Generatorsare manufactured under an FAA PMA from aircraft grade 6063-T6 aluminum, alodined to a Boeing mil-spec, ready for painting. The bottom of the VGs are curved to fit the contour of the wing surfaces and flat to fit the horizontal stabilizer surfaces. When placing your order for a VG Kit, please provide the Serial Number or N-Number. We can ship the same day if your kit is ordered Alodine, ready to be painted. We can paint the VGs to match your airplane's standard color for an additional $275 per color. Painted kits will ship within 3 days. | |
